Firebird Fitness (Girls and Boys - Separate Clubs)
Firebird Fitness is an 8-10 week fitness program aimed to teach children about how to stretch properly prior to exercise, healthy eating habits, positive attitudes, goal setting initiatives, and how to train to walk/run safely. Our fitness program is created to teach kids a fun way to develop an active lifestyle, while promoting healthy habits, positive communication, and building self-esteem. Other fitness activities (if time permits) will include fun healthy games such as 4 square, basketball, and soccer. Maximum of 30Â girls and 20Â boys.

Open to: Grades 3-5. Girls meet Mondays, boys meet Thursdays.
